Happy New Year!

I'm starting out the new year by finally doing something I've wanted to do for a while by becoming a blogger! Today is the perfect day for this as the weather here is keeping us indoors where it's warm and toasty. I hope the weather improves a bit so our neighbors can come over for our belated New Year's Eve get-together. Speaking of which, I should probably start getting things ready for them!
